Job Description


  • Manage the recruitment process end to end which includes volume hiring of blue collars workers, sales positions, engineering technicians, service engineers etc.
  • Act as a talent advisor/consultant to the business in relation to market trends, talent availability, competitor insights etc.
  • Keep an overview of recruitment needs via regular meetings with Hiring Managers. Share periodical update to hiring managers on open vacancies in their team.
  • Verify job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the positions requirements and support talent attraction.
  • Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organizations culture and strategy.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels.
  • Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments.
  • Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision.
  • Propose employment offers in line with the company guidelines.
  • Activate background checks for the selected candidate.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Are you the one?

  • At least 5+ years of experience in recruiting high volume of blue and white collar workers.
  • Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on.
  • Experience in managing talent acquisition for companies with engineering, construction, building materials etc. is highly desirable.
  • Should have a recognized Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Well versed working with job boards and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and learning agility.
