We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. This role is open for both Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) candidates. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our recruitment and placement services Generate leads and convert them into active clients Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction Address client inquiries and provide prompt support Prepare daily and weekly sales reports Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives Required Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role Basic proficiency in English and Hindi Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to work independently, especially in a remote setup Work Location Options: Work from Office (WFO): Pallavaram, Chennai Work from Home (WFH): Available for candidates across PAN India Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Additional Information: Female candidates preferred Full-time availability required (Day Shift) Thanks & Regards Sandhya Sharma +91 8122719747
