Role Overview:

Hindi Faculty Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and syllabus-focused lectures for SSC GD, UP Police, Bihar Police, etc.
• Design study materials, MCQs, mock tests, and revision notes.
• Record high-quality video sessions (as required).
• Conduct live classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic support interactions.
• Track student performance and adopt effective teaching strategies.
• Work closely with content and academic teams for curriculum alignment.
• Keep up with latest exam patterns and syllabus updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience for competitive government exams.
• Expertise in Hindi grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary.
• Familiarity with SSC, UP/Bihar Police exam formats and question trends.
• Comfortable with tech-enabled teaching platforms (Live classes, YouTube, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with coaching institutes or ed-tech platforms.
• Strong content creation and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students toward success.
