Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Finance (Fund Raising) located in Bangalore. The role involves comprehensively managing and overseeing investor relations, ensuring robust internal controls are in place, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing critical support for the fund-raising activities of the organization. This position is pivotal in maintaining financial health and driving growth through strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-  Manage and develop strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other external financial stakeholders.
-  Ensure strict compliance with all loan agreements and financial obligations.
-  Support annual audits by providing necessary information and responses to auditors.
-  Manage, maintain, and administer bank accounts and respond to regular queries from banking partners.
-  Gather, interpret, and prepare comprehensive financial models, cash flow projections, and Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data.
-  Ensure strict adherence to all FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations.
-  Coordinate effectively with other departments to address bank queries and refine project cash flows.
-  Prepare accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
-  Play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors by promptly responding to their queries through investor calls and other communication Proven experience in financial management, particularly with a focus on fund-raising.
-  Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships with banks, lenders, and external stakeholders.
-  Strong understanding of financial regulations, including FEMA and RBI.
-  Experience in supporting annual audits and managing bank administration.
-  Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow projections, and CMA preparation.
-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor relations and inter-departmental coordination.
-  Ability to prepare detailed MIS reports.
 
Education Background
-  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) are highly preferred.
