Highway Design Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer (Design & Contract Management) Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in design and contract management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway or structural design and experience working on NHAI road projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and development of highway and structural projects 2. Contract management, including preparation, review, and administration of contracts 3. Collaboration with project teams to ensure design and contractual requirements are met 4. Review and approval of design documents, including drawings and specifications 5. Ensuring compliance with NHAI and other regulatory requirements Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and contract management 2. Experience working on highway or structural design projects 3. Proven experience working on NHAI road projects 4. Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices 5. Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering 2. Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) 3.
