High School Maths Teacher

As a High School Math Teacher at our academic institution, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective instruction in various areas of mathematics. Your responsibilities will include the following key tasks: - Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and state standards. - Create a classroom environment that fosters learning and supports the physical, social, and emotional development of students. - Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and standardized tests. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior. - Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special needs or English language learners. - Maintain accurate records of students" progress and development. - Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions. - Regularly communicate with parents and guardians about student progress. - Enforce school rules and policies consistently and fairly. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Have proven experience in teaching high school math; a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level is required. - Possess strong knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in mathematics education. - Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. - Be proficient in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
