Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in various areas of mathematics. This role requires strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and state standards. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students. Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and standardized tests. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special needs or English language learners. Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development. Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress. Enforce school rules and policies fairly and consistently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience teaching high school math is preferred. Minimum 3 yrs of exp in teaching high school is required. Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in mathematics education. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
