Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and dynamic High School Computer Teacher to deliver engaging and comprehensive computer science education to students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer applications, programming, and digital literacy, and be capable of integrating technology effectively into the classroom. The role involves teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of computer science, preparing students for a technology-driven world. Key Responsibilities: Plan and teach lessons in computer science, covering topics such as: Fundamentals of computers and operating systems Programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS) Office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Internet safety and digital citizenship Basic networking and hardware concepts Create a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and hands-on learning. Develop and administer assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate student understanding. Guide students in using computer labs and software effectively and responsibly. Stay up to date with current trends in technology and integrate them into the curriculum. Maintain student records, track performance, and provide regular feedback to parents. Collaborate with other faculty to support interdisciplinary projects and digital learning. Support school IT activities, including guiding students in tech-related competitions, clubs, or exhibitions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education with specialization in computers (Master’s preferred). Valid teaching certification or license in computer education (as per board/authority requirements). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level preferred. Proficiency in educational tools and technologies, online platforms, and programming software. Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is mandatory. Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (as applicable). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Vishakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam - 530004, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred)
