Job Description

Improve aesthetic value of project & ensures all Horticulture activities carries with proper safety standards & quality parameters.
Is able to determine the quantities and put requisition accordingly, understand drawings & ensures completion of work keeping aesthetic sense
Is able to coordinate with architects,consultants, various depts across company, contractors / agencies for best possible outcois able to imme of the work
Ensures maintenance activity, finalize systems considering nature of work, field conditions & submit report for work order preparation
Is able to fulfill environmental need of municipal authorities by maintaining tree inventory, proper tree trimming & adopting proper transplanting procedures.
Has good knowledge of trade in which individual is working
Is able to use maximum planting material from inhouse nursery to reduce landscape development cost.
Control planting material cost & sensitive to wastage and optimum use of resources.
Ensures record of material, labours, machinery etc. is maintained & check contractors bill for any error.
Maintaining Softscape of handovered projects to HFM with quality & minimum cost.
