Role & responsibilities

Title: Executive Manufacturing Dept.: Supply Chain

Reports To: Sr. Manager Manufacturing

This position requires regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Additionally, the ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is

required. All employees are responsible for implementing Kellogg EEO policy and Affirmative Action commitments.

1) Primary Function

Achieve targeted production volumes at the right quality, manage

equipment and crew safety, maintain sanitation and hygiene levels

in process area, improve productivity and shop floor motivation

levels, collate MIS on productivity and efficiency levels

Manufacturing

Manage Process/ Packing lines to achieve targeted production

volume of the right quality within planned costs and time as per

agreed production plans.

Ensure that the process/packing operation is run with the

highest standards of safety, quality, sanitation and hygiene.

Ensure that process/packing operations comply with laid down

standard operating procedures.

Monitor line efficiency and identify and implement action plans

on a continuous basis to ensure line performs consistently at

peak efficiency.

Manage shift operation and ensure scheduling of

process/packing lines and deployment of crew in line with the

production plan.

Motivate team to deliver at the highest standards of productivity

and safety and provide inputs on crew welfare to sustain high

motivation levels.

Implement monitoring KPIs like process waste, efficiency, safety

and sanitation & hygiene and provide inputs on consistently

improving on standards.

Work closely with Inbound Logistics to ensure availability of all

material as per agreed production plan.

Ensure inventory closing in Oracle system on a monthly basis as

per agreed timelines.

Autonomous Maintenance

Drive KWS autonomous maintenance agenda at site, leading

phase -1 plan in process lines.

Drive people skill development and capability in the process lines.

Reliability Maintenance

Support KWS RM pillar in breakdown elimination and spare parts

management in process lines.

JOB PROFILE

Drive Cross functional projects related to reliability improvement

in critical equipment in process lines.

Safety

Ensure that the process/packing operation runs with the highest

standards of occupational health and safety.

Ensure environmental aspects are followed in line with the laid

down norms

HR

Manage teams of process/packing technicians and guide and

motivate the team to consistently achieve the highest standards

of performance.

Manage contractual labor working in shifts.

Engage in training of technician’s members on process

equipment design, functioning and critical process controls.

QFS

Part of QFS team leading food safety and product quality

improvement projects at site. Partner with engineering team on

capital project execution (related to QFS)

4) Work Environment

Required to work in 24*7, 3 shifts operation scenario.

Pay Scale

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Fresher with good technical Knowledge/2 -3 years in food

processing / FMCG industry

Work Location : Sri city , Andhra Pradesh
