Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Helper at BISTRO (BLINKIT CAFE). The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and stocking shelves.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and service techniques is desirable.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills is an asset.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
