Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception & Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, or employees.
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
    • Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the facility.
  2. Access Control:

    • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols.
    • Coordinate with security personnel for restricted areas.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Schedule appointments, meeting rooms, or facility usage.
    • Maintain records and documentation (e.g. maintenance requests, complaints).
  4. Coordination with Facility Teams:

    • Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the relevant teams.
    • Follow up on service requests or complaints.
    • Support coordination of facility events or moves.
  5. Emergency Handling:

    • Act as a communication hub during emergencies.
    • Guide visitors and staff during evacuations or drills.
    • Maintain emergency contact lists.
