Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (India)

We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide remote IT support to our team in India. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with solid basic IT knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and email.
  • Handle backup, system updates, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
  • Resolve common hardware/software problems and escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and network basics (Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Experience providing remote IT support and basic cybersecurity awareness.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ensure smooth tech operations for users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
