Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist patrons, directing them as needed. Monitored the movement of visitors, domestic  help and delivery boys.  
Answered residents enquiries, handled complaints and attended to their needs in a prompt and  timely manner.  Inspected all the lifts for cleanliness and serviceability buttons, lights, and fan fitted in the lift  along with the emergency bell and intercom.  Reported maintenance problems immediately  Ensured all the societys rules and regulations were always adhered to.  Assist residents and guests with special needs  Call resolution consistently meet call handling goals by closing an average of 220 plus calls per day with  an 90% ratio . Using My gate for any complaints, also assist residents in move-in move-out  process.  

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication skill.

Must have knowledge of My gate app.
