Helpdesk Associate

As a Helpdesk Associate at our company, you will be responsible for managing the complaint management system/software and serving as the initial point of contact for tenants, occupants, and the Building services team. Your primary focus will be on providing timely answers to questions, assisting with problem resolution, understanding customer needs, and delivering first-hand solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Management (PM) team to assign complaints and ensure follow-up until each issue is successfully resolved. It will also be your responsibility to keep end-users updated on the status of their concerns and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to track complaints on a daily basis and share comprehensive trackers that analyze the criticality of each issue. As a Helpdesk Associate, you may also be assigned other duties by the Property Management team as needed. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
