Help Desk Specialist

As an Associate / Senior Associate Helpdesk for our SaaS Mobility product, your role will be pivotal in providing customer support and ensuring timely issue resolution. The position, based in Pune, requires flexibility for 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through calls, chats, and emails. - Efficiently manage tickets, monitor escalations, and meet resolution timelines as per SLAs. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and telecom carriers to address issues effectively. - Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach when assisting clients globally.
