Job Description

As an Associate / Senior Associate in Helpdesk at our company, you will be responsible for supporting our SaaS Mobility product. The role is based in Pune and requires working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through calls, chats, and emails. - Manage tickets, track escalations, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and telecom carriers to resolve issues. - Demonstrate professional communication skills while assisting clients worldwide. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Possess a patient and customer-first mindset. - Previous experience in helpdesk or technical support is preferred. - Multilingual candidates (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish) are encouraged to apply. - Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
