Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the help desk system.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various software and hardware products.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or a related field.
• Proficiency in Kannada is essential for effective communication with local clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
