Help Desk-Client Relations

We are seeking for Helpdesk role for Bangalore location.

Job Description:

Job Roles Main Tasks / Duties or Projects

• Help desk executive act as the interface / first point of contact between client and the organization
• They resolve customer requests by coordinating with multiple teams within stipulated timelines
• They also ensure information flow within internal teams as well as clients
• Raise tickets in the ticketing tool for all client queries and ensure closure of the same as per SLAs
• Coordinate with internal stake holders for completion of jobs.
• On-board clients into Helpdesk and facility support.
• Communication of key information to clients and internal stake holders as per requirements
• Maintain client database, holiday lists, VMS information.
• Prepare reports as per requirement.
• Internal audit of previous month's tickets.
• Handling board room/training room booking requests from internal and external clients
• Invoice generation in coordination with accounts team for all services provided to clients with commercial implications
• Manage creation and usage of co-working Meeting Rooms
• Coordinate client exits with internal teams and concerned clients

Education:

Any UG Qualification (Any management) or MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized university

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
