Role Overview: As an HVAC Supervisor specializing in Chiller Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of chiller systems and related HVAC equipment. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the successful execution of HVAC projects with high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of chiller systems and associated HVAC equipment. - Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure efficient project completion within the specified timelines. - Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance audits to uphold project standards. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide necessary guidance and support to the team. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client specifications for satisfactory project outcomes. - Maintain documentation, including work progress reports and compliance records to track project developments. - Train and mentor technicians to enhance their efficiency and skills in HVAC projects. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC chiller projects involving installation and commissioning. - Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, piping, and controls. - Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of HVAC safety regulations and industry standards. - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
