Healthcare Recruiter - USA

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to support our healthcare clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and screen candidates for U.S. healthcare roles, including RN, LPN/LVN, NP/PA, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Clinical Coordinators, and Lab Technicians.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain ATS records.
• Support hiring managers to ensure timely candidate delivery.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing or recruitment.
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, compliance, and credentialing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
