The role of an OOH Recruitment Consultant involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure efficient communication and coordination between clients, candidates, and healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for making and receiving calls from clients and candidates, placing candidates into new and replacement shifts, and effectively communicating with all parties involved. Additionally, your role will involve booking shifts, managing cancellations, and taking requests from hospitals and clients via phone and email. It is essential to maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service tailored to their needs. Furthermore, as an OOH Recruitment Consultant, you will be tasked with managing various client rosters, updating the Recruitment Management System for accuracy and compliance, and liaising with hospitals/staff banks for shift bookings based on availability. The role requires an individual with an excellent phone manner, a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency to multitask effectively and ensure timely fulfillment of client orders. In terms of skills required, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, hands-on experience with booking portals and applications, and a good understanding of UK geography, culture, and the NHS network. A strong desire for self-learning, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and sound knowledge of booking and sourcing in the UK nursing sector are also essential for success in this role.,
