Presales Solutioning Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Solution & Offering Development

  : Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.

• Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring

  : Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.

• Thought Leadership

  : Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.

• Customer Engagements

  : Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.

• Partner & Analyst Engagement

  : Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.

• GTM Strategy & Marketing

  : Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Role Competency

• 15+ years

  of overall industry experience, including: 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the

  US health insurance (payer)

  segment.
• Proven experience/expertise in: Payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape
• Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions
• BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models
• Preferably, strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management
