About Us:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointments, and service information.
  • Provide empathetic and professional communication to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient interaction records in the system.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Achieve call quality and patient satisfaction benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare call center / customer care role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (multilingual proficiency is an advantage).
  • Patient-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Healthcare or dental background preferred, but not mandatory.
