Equity Structure & Joining Process
Our Equity Setup Follows a Clear And Transparent Flow
- 3–4 discussion rounds to understand your expertise, ownership areas, and contribution structure.
- 1-month NDA cohort to observe execution quality, hospital understanding, and alignment with our growth model.
- Transition into a Cofounder/Equity Agreement after the cohort.
- Equity is allotted only after funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration, with a 5-year vesting period.
- Compensation (fixed + variable) begins post funding — we are currently building a strong 25+ member equity-based founding team.

2× revenue of 50–100 bedded hospitals within 12–24 months
using a structured methodology covering:
- 20% Internal Optimization → OPD/IPD flow redesign, patient journey engineering, staff productivity, leakage control.
- 80% External Growth → new revenue channels, insurance optimization, specialty verticals, marketplace, B2C funnel, and marketing engine.

Your Role — Healthcare Business Growth Consultant
In This Equity-based Consultant Role, You Will
- Lead Hospital Growth Audits
- Analyse OPD/IPD operations, clinical flows, billing, nursing efficiency, insurance desk, and quality gaps.
- Identify revenue leakages, non-performing departments, and capacity underutilization.
- Design 12–24 Month Growth Roadmaps
- Create actionable growth plans for 50–100 bedded hospitals.
- Build models for revenue expansion, new service lines, and financial optimization.
- Implement Growth Projects with Accountability
- Work closely with hospital teams to execute and track improvements.
- Drive measurable improvement: 20% internal revenue lift within 4–6 months.
- Build High-Impact External Revenue Channels
- Insurance & cashless revenue expansion
- Specialty clinics & medical programs
- Marketplace + B2C funnel integration
- Digital marketing + community-level acquisition
What We Expect
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, revenue cycles, or healthcare consulting.
- Ability to design and implement growth strategies, not just offer theoretical advice.
- High accountability — execution is the core of this role.
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in hospitals, healthcare consulting, insurance, or operations.
- Strategic thinking + ground-level execution capability.
