Job Description – Healthcare Assistant (Customer Support Executive)

Job Summary
As a Healthcare Assistant (Customer Support Executive), you will be interacting with doctors and patients over
calls to schedule appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, book
appointments accurately, and maintain call notes. This role demands strong communication skills and a mandatory
typing speed of 60 words per minute.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with doctors and patients via calls to book or confirm appointments.
• Accurately log all call details and maintain appointment records in the system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice BPO process.
• Team player with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Candidates with B.Sc, B.Pharma, or Nursing background will have an added advantage.
