Skills:

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-oriented mindset.

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare-related customer service role.

- Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during emergency situations.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).

- Strong communication skills.

- Quick problem-solving abilities.

- Tech-savvy and attention to detail.

- Team player with the ability to adhere to SLAs.
