Position Title: Research Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Research Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess

excellent communication skills. Candidates who can conduct extensive secondary research using

industry reports, academic publications, market databases, and online resources to gather relevant

data.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data. You will play a

key role as a research associate and collaborate with project managers to define research objectives

and align project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct extensive secondary research using industry reports, academic publications, market

databases, and online resources to gather relevant data.

 Analyse and synthesize research findings to identify market trends, opportunities, and

challenges.

 Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing insights and

recommendations for internal teams and clients.

 Collaborate with project managers to define research objectives and align project timelines.

 Maintain an organized repository of research findings and databases for efficient access and

knowledge sharing.

 Stay updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to

enhance research quality.

 Support the development of survey instruments and primary research methodologies when

needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.

 Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple

projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

PGDM/MBA -Marketing or Finance

B.Sc./B-tech- Biotech
