You will be a highly motivated Healthcare AI Solutions Sales Specialist responsible for leading sales and client engagement for Kore.ai's HealthAssist platform. Your primary focus will involve working with hospitals, clinics, health systems, and insurance providers to understand their operational and engagement challenges. By leveraging intelligent AI-driven solutions, you will aim to enhance care access, reduce costs, and improve patient and employee journeys. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with healthcare executives such as CIOs, CMIOs, COOs, Heads of Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Digital Transformation. You will lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points in various areas including appointment scheduling, patient access, contact center deflection, claims and benefits inquiries, medication management, member onboarding, and chronic condition support. Additionally, you will showcase how Kore.ai's HealthAssist platform can be deployed across different channels like Web, Mobile, IVR, and Messaging Channels. In this role, you will be required to deliver product demonstrations, build business cases, and lead ROI discussions. Collaboration with solution engineers and delivery teams to customize proposals will be essential. You will also be responsible for responding to RFPs/RFIs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Maintaining CRM records, accurate forecasting, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets are key aspects of this position. Staying updated on healthcare automation trends and AI capabilities will be crucial to your success. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field along with 3-7 years of sales experience in Healthcare IT, AI Platforms, or SaaS solutions. A good understanding of healthcare operations, patient/member journeys, and digital transformation goals is required. Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, and EHR systems like Epic and Cerner is preferred. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills are essential for this role. Preferred experience includes direct sales experience with Conversational AI, Virtual Assistants, or Patient Experience platforms. Knowledge of Kore.ai or competing platforms like Nuance, Orbita, or Hyro will be advantageous.
