Health Specialist

As a tax professional at MetaMorph, your role will involve managing direct tax compliance, handling cross-border transactions, and assisting in tax litigation management. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end compliance for direct taxes, including TDS, Tax Audit Reports (TAR), and Income Tax Returns (ITR). - Handle tax matters related to cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations. - Assist in managing income tax litigation, including drafting submissions and representing the company in proceedings. - Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and assessments, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to resolve tax-related queries and provide tax support for business transactions. - Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, advising on necessary adjustments to policies and practices. Qualifications: - CA qualification preferred. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in direct tax compliance, litigation, and handling cross-border transactions. - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation principles. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
