Educational Qualifications

B.E. or Diploma in Engineering in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil and,

Diploma or Advanced Diploma (one year full time regular course) in Industrial Safety from State Technical Board. (Safety courses from other colleges/institutes not having approval from State Technical Boards are NOT acceptable).

Certified Lead or internal Auditor for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001.

English, Hindi & respective local language

Experience

Total minimum 20 years of experience in EPC industry or Construction industry and out of 20 years minimum 12-14 Years of experience in HSE department (after passing Diploma or Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety).

He must have handled minimum one / two large / medium scale LSTK / PMC projects as HSE Manager in the field of Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Hazardous Chemicals or similar type.

Candidate shall have good knowledge & command on day to day safety controls like WP system, TBT, JSA, HW Waste management, PPE management, HSE inspections etc. & BOCW Act/Rules & FA 1948, Hazardous waste management requirements.

Experience in facing & conducting ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 audits will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the

Will be responsible for overall Safety, Health, Environmental and fire management monitoring at respective site to see that all works carried out at the site meet the Client's, Toyos , OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, Toyo Global standards & local HSE requirements.

To lead HSE team including medical attendant to monitor day to day HSE compliances at site.

To monitor compliance of all HSE related statutory requirements and report to RCM & HSE Head accordingly.
