Role & responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Engagement

Respond to inbound and warm leads within 24 hours of engagement.
Conduct outbound followups on campaign responders, event attendees, and partner referrals. Consultative Selling & CrossSell
Identify customer needs based on click history, current plan details, and conversational cues.
Present Livlong offerings in a benefitdriven, conversational style. Customize pitches to each customers situation: individuals, families, or corporate employees. Seamless Activation & Support
Guide customers through plan upgrades, addon activations, and insurance enrolment in real time.
Schedule and execute nextday call backs when customers request time to decide.

Preferred candidate profile

CRM Management & Collaboration

Record all interactions, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
Share insights with Marketing, Product, and Operations to refine offerings and messaging.

Customer Advocacy & Retention

Act as the customers voice internally, relay feedback and suggest service enhancements.
Drive renewals and prevent churn through proactive checkins and value reinforcement.
