Support the effective and efficient function of the Fleet Performance Centre and build up BSMcapability to oversee vessel efficiency and performance by establishing and implementing operational standards. Support and guide where needed, to provide the best possible decision support for optimizing the operation of BSM managed vessels to achieve the desired operational excellence in accordance with relevant legislation, industry best practice, quality standards and BSM sustainability goals. Key Accountabilities: Ensure proper evaluation of performance of vessels and majorly responsible for the communication and training of shore and sea employees to bring them up to speed with developments in PAL and the regulations at large. Ensure that the Savings potential of the fleet is relayed to the fleet teams through more focus on the Power BI tool, understand the gaps and propose solutions and recommendations to bring it to tangible numbers. Assist in the marketability of the various services of FPC through the monthly connects to the fleet and get the confidence of the owners to have more visibility in PAL and in house tools of FPC. Ensure system improvements in PAL through the various performance dashboards including Live Fleet and liaise with Data analysts to send it as requirements for shore and vessel releases. Identify gaps and improvements needed in reporting quality and training, presentations for seminars, both shore and vessel staff, and suggest to the Head of Fleet Performance.
