  AgentsPlanning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents Driving GWP throughagentsEnsuring the agents productivity and activation ProductivityProduct Training to agent and agents life cycle management TrainingBrand development by conducting sales campaigns CampaignsEnsure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction OperationsEnsuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis
