Health Insurance Operations - Assistant Manager /Manager

Job Location:

PuneCandidate Must have 8+ years of experience as InsuranceManage a team of 15-20 + associatesUK Insurance knowledge would be preferredCertification / Knowledge of CII � CF1 / FA1 / FA2 / FA5Any other certification in InsuranceManage a set of new hires through initial team bonding exercisesPrepare a training schedule and adhere to timelines.Track attendance and maintain MIS for test scores etc.Ensure that training material is updatedProvide ongoing, constructive feedback to the teamInitiate ID creation requests with the tech teamEnsure that the entire batch is aware of the quality parametersEnsure complete supervision as soon as the batch hits the floorIdentify gaps and plan training sessions for the existing teamCreate SOPs, conduct PKTs for teamsTrack attendance and maintain MIS for test scores etcEnsure that training material is updatedProvide ongoing, constructive feedback to the teamConduct 1-0-1s with team and highlight key issues to managementGood understanding of SLAs and metrics and ability to drive themGood at doing analysis for any misses or problemsIdentify gaps and plan training sessions for the existing teamResponsible for customer service turnaround within set time framesEnsure accurate documentation of customer profilesHandle written customer correspondence on behalf of customerCommunicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etcShould be able to communicate effectively with customer based out of UKPassing the case to the relevant Q based on information given/missingShould be able to analyze customer requirements & process cases accordinglyMeet unit level targets set for efficiencies, service levels and attritionWorking knowledge of PCs e.g. MS Office. Good with Excel as most data is manual in natureExcellent keyboard skillsGeneric understanding of customer serviceFlexible with Shifts
