Job Description

You are urgently required for the position of Sr. Executive- Inside Sales- Health Insurance in Jaipur, Rajasthan. With 1 to 5 years of experience, you will be offered a CTC ranging from 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Sales function aligning with the company's strategic objectives. Your key roles and responsibilities include: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: - Contact potential customers through various communication channels to generate leads. - Utilize cold calling, inbound inquiries, and marketing activities to qualify leads based on health needs and financial requirements. 2. Product Presentation & Information: - Present and explain the benefits and features of health insurance policies to customers. - Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable plans based on customer profiles. - Address customer queries regarding policies, premiums, coverage, and exclusions. 3. Sales Conversion: - Actively persuade customers to purchase health insurance plans and handle objections effectively. - Negotiate terms, ensure customer understanding of the value proposition, and meet sales targets. 4. Customer Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Follow up with leads to enhance sales conversion and ensure customer satisfaction. - Update CRM systems with customer interactions regularly. 5. Documentation & Compliance: - Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions in compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collect necessary documentation for policy issuance and stay updated on insurance products and policies. 6. Achieve Sales Targets: - Exceed individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with the sales manager to track performance and identify improvement areas. 7. Team Collaboration & Feedback: - Engage with the sales team to share insights and strategies for boosting sales and improving customer satisfaction. - Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer preferences, needs, and market trends. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field with sales or insurance certifications. - Experience: 1-3 years in tele-sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi, sales acumen, knowledge of health insurance products, CRM software proficiency, and goal-oriented mindset.
