Health Insurance Advisor

As a Health Insurance Advisor, your role involves recruiting health insurance agents from the open market and training them to sell health insurance policies. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and agent activation targets, conducting field visits to support agent performance, and maintaining regular reporting and coordination with your manager. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit health insurance agents from the open market - Train and develop agents to sell health insurance policies - Achieve monthly sales and agent activation targets - Conduct field visits and support agent performance - Maintain regular reporting and coordination with manager Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance Sales - Experience in Agency Channel is preferred - Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Field sales experience preferred - Ability to build and lead a network of agents - Goal-oriented and self-motivated The company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and BFSI is required. You should be willing to travel 75% of the time and work in person at the specified locations in Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Trivandrum, and Ernakulam.
