Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Advisor based in Bilaspur. The advisor will engage with customers to provide expert guidance on Niva Bupa health insurance products and services, assist them in choosing appropriate plans tailored to their needs, facilitate application processes, and ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves educating clients about the benefits of insurance, offering wellness advice, and promoting health-related awareness to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, address inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Experience in Health Promotion and Wellness to educate customers and advocate healthy lifestyles.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to provide relevant knowledge about health insurance plans and services.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability to customer needs, and ability to handle tasks independently.
• Prior experience in the healthcare insurance or related industry is a plus.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.
