Role Overview: At Twin Health, we empower individuals to enhance and prevent chronic metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity by utilizing AI Digital Twin technology. Our dynamic model analyzes thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs to create a personalized path to better health. As part of our dedicated clinical care team, members have successfully achieved lower A1C levels, lasting weight loss, and reduced or eliminated medications, leading to healthier and happier lives. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for each assigned member, fostering trust, offering personalized support, and providing a high-touch experience consistently. - Assist members in utilizing the Twin platform to comprehend and implement informed lifestyle changes bridging health and technology. - Engage with members regularly in structured conversations to offer value, motivation, and drive positive health outcomes. - Offer individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching aimed at remissioning chronic metabolic diseases and enhancing overall health. - Motivate and empower members to reach their health objectives through sustained behavior modifications, education, and encouragement. - Analyze and interpret member health data daily to facilitate timely interventions. - Advocate the Twin philosophy emphasizing the importance of scientific guidance over unmonitored dieting for healing a disrupted metabolism. - Reinforce the role of Twin Digital Twin technology consistently to boost comprehension, engagement, and trust in the process. - Take complete ownership of member adherence, retention, and reactivation, leveraging early indicators to prevent drop-offs proactively. - Manage exceptions and escalations calmly and professionally by providing solutions and emotional support during challenging moments. - Monitor key metrics such as member engagement, retention, nutrition adherence, and health outcomes, collaborating closely with internal teams for coordinated care delivery. - Ensure compliance with Twin Health's SOPs for data, communication, and service excellence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Health Sciences & Masters in Food & Dietary Nutrition (PG is mandatory) - Certification from NBHWC, ACE, or equivalent health coaching body is preferred. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Telugu/Marathi/Tamil/other regional languages. - Passionate about health, behavior change, and delivering life-changing results. - Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and calm under pressure, with a track record of managing client distress effectively. - Tech-savvy with experience in digital health platforms and virtual coaching. - Results-focused and performance-driven, capable of working with dashboards and achieving high operational throughput. - A team player and culture champion who leads with empathy, integrity, and accountability.,
