Health and Wellbeing Architect/Engineer

We are a growing healthy buildings consultancy looking for an architect, engineer, or building science professional to help develop high-quality health & wellbeing strategy reports. Our work focuses on seven key domains:

1. Indoor air quality

2. Lighting & daylighting

3. Thermal comfort

4. Acoustics

5. Ergonomics

6. Biophilic design

7. Inclusive design

Role Overview:

You will support research, analysis, and report development across these domains, helping us translate the WELL Building Standard and other evidence-based frameworks into practical design recommendations for clients. This includes reviewing project information, conducting targeted research, and producing clear, structured content that contributes to our overall strategy reports.

What we’re looking for:

• WELL Accredited Professional.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, building science, or a related design field.
• Interest in health, wellbeing, and human-centered design.
• Willingness to learn - even if direct wellbeing experience is limited.
• Familiarity with Design Builder, Climate Studio, or similar simulation tools is helpful but not required.
• Experience with sustainability and wellbeing frameworks (LEED, BREEAM, Fitwel, etc.)
