Position: Headmistress – Junior School (PG–V)

Location: New Heights School, Hardoi (UP)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the academic, administrative, and co-curricular functioning of the Junior School (PG–V).
• Ensure high-quality teaching aligned with NEP 2020 and CBSE primary-level guidelines.
• Monitor curriculum planning, lesson delivery, activity-based learning, and classroom environment across all grades.
• Support, mentor, and evaluate teachers; conduct regular training and capacity-building sessions.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and overall well-being of young learners.
• Coordinate with parents, address concerns, and strengthen school–home communication.
• Plan and oversee events, assemblies, competitions, and school programs for early and primary years.
• Maintain records, documentation, timetables, teacher allocations, and academic reports.
• Work collaboratively with the Principal and management to implement school vision and policies.

Qualifications Required

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Education/Early Childhood/Primary Education preferred).
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience and 2–3 years of leadership/coordination experience in a reputable school.
• Strong academic understanding of early and primary years.
