Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English literature and language lessons as per the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with academic standards. Guide students in reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and literary analysis. Encourage critical thinking and classroom discussions. Prepare students for board examinations through targeted instruction and practice. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment. Participate in school activities, faculty meetings, and professional development sessions. Stay updated with curriculum changes and NEP 2020 guidelines. Qualifications: Masters degree in English. B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred. Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of literary analysis and language instruction. Classroom management and digital teaching proficiency. Preferred candidate profile
