Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to Grades IX–XII with conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving focus.
• Prepare well-structured lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate performance, and maintain academic documentation.
• Support students in board exam preparation, doubts, and remedial classes.
• Create an encouraging, disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
• Use digital tools, smart boards, and modern pedagogy for improved learning outcomes.
• Oversee the Mathematics Department for Grades III–XII.
• Guide and mentor Maths teachers in planning, teaching methods, and assessments.
• Review lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and department-level academic practices.
• Conduct departmental meetings, teacher training, and classroom observation rounds.
• Ensure consistent academic quality, timely syllabus completion, and high board exam results.
• Coordinate departmental responsibilities during exams, events, and competitions.
• Introduce innovative teaching-learning strategies and ensure alignment with NEP 2020 and CBSE guidelines.

Qualifications Required

• Postgraduate degree in Mathematics.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Experience teaching CBSE Senior Secondary (XI–XII) is essential.
• Prior departmental or leadership experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
