Vedanta’s Sesa Goa Business caters to the requirements of the Iron & Steel supply chain. We produce Iron Ore, Pig Iron and Coke. It comprises of Iron Ore Goa, Iron Ore Karnataka, Iron Ore Odisha, Value Added Business, Sesa Cement and Sesa Coke - Gujarat & Maharashtra. The Sector has a unique competitive advantage of having operations in 5 States.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee project financing and term loan financing to secure funds for long-term business growth, ensuring optimal terms and cost efficiency.
• Optimize investment returns by churning investment funds for higher yields and reducing bank charges by prioritizing low-cost limits.
• Reduce interest costs by securing direct funding from foreign banks for buyer's credit.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vendor, employee, and statutory payments, targeting Treasury process grading of ‘A’.
• Strategize and execute commodity hedging policies, including coal and iron ore hedging, to mitigate market volatility and price risks.
• Provide team exposure for skill enhancement and prepare them for higher responsibilities while staying updated on Treasury advancements for implementation.
• Drive process improvement and automation in SAP and explore API and blockchain solutions.
• Perform forex hedging through matched buy-sell transactions to minimize currency risk.

The Successful Candidate:

• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 10+ years of relevant experience.
