Head - Treasury

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning, fund analysis, and control to support optimal business planning and growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Fund-raising activities - Conducting due diligence, risk-management, treasury management, and credit rating management - Planning cash flow for the financial year for existing and upcoming projects - Securing funds from various financial institutions, banks, and lease finance companies at the most optimal cost - Overseeing commercial aspects in JDA deals, feasibility studies of new projects, and other commercial contracts - Ensuring compliance and risk management with regulations such as RERA, managing escrow operations, legal and secretarial requirements, and other related areas - Supervising accounting and taxation activities of the business and projects - Leading the budget preparation process for your department and others - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the budget, presenting regular dashboards - Closing financial books of accounts for projects - Developing comprehensive financial models for projects to deliver cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis - Collaborating with bankers, investment bankers, solicitors, rating agencies, and providing necessary information for rating exercises to be completed on time and improve ratings - Fostering a performance-driven culture within the organization - Identifying training needs for higher productivity and executing capability-building initiatives Qualifications required for this role include: - Educational Qualification: CA or Engineering Graduate + MBA from a reputed B School - Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate, NBFC, or construction industry Please note that the job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
