Position: Learning & Development Assistant Manager / Manager Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources L&D Reporting To: CEO and Head of L&D Role Overview: This role is responsible for driving structured learning initiatives across Eatopias outlets in alignment with our operational and service excellence standards. The individual will conduct classroom and on-the-job training, ensure daily outlet-level compliance with brand and hygiene standards, and collaborate with internal teams to build effective training programs. A high level of ownership and direct engagement with the field is essential. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and on-the-job (OJT) training sessions as per the defined curriculum. Ensure training effectiveness by tracking post-training performance and feedback. Outlet Audits & Quality Checks (Daily Visits): Perform daily outlet audits covering: Visual appeal and adherence to brand aesthetic standards . Staff grooming, hygiene , and food handling practices . Quality of guest service and staff engagement . Food quality assurance , with a focus on best sellers and newly launched items . Gap Identification & Resolution: Identify operational, training, or compliance gaps during visits. Address and close gaps on priority in coordination with Outlet Managers. Program Development: Work closely with the L&D team to develop and enhance training modules , SOPs, and capability-building initiatives based on real-time field insights. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and share daily reports addressed to the CEO and L&D Head , highlighting key observations, actions taken, and areas of improvement. Key Requirements: 35 years of experience in L&D, preferably in the F&B. Strong understanding of training principles , auditing , and guest experience standards . Willingness to travel daily to outlet locations . Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills. Passion for driving frontline excellence and maintaining brand standards.
