Role Overview: As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning, fund analysis, and control to facilitate optimal business planning and growth. Your role will involve overseeing fund-raising activities, conducting due diligence, managing risks, and ensuring efficient treasury management. You will be required to plan cash flow for the financial year, raise funds from various financial institutions, and evaluate commercial aspects in JDA deals and feasibility studies for new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct strategic financial planning and analysis to support business growth - Manage fund-raising activities and optimize costs while obtaining funds from financial institutions, banks, and lease finance companies - Oversee due diligence, risk management, treasury management, and credit rating management - Plan cash flow for existing and upcoming projects - Ensure compliance with regulations such as RERA, oversee escrow operations, and manage legal and secretarial aspects - Supervise accounting and taxation activities of business/projects - Lead budget preparation for your department and other departments - Monitor and ensure compliance with budgets, providing regular dashboard presentations - Prepare comprehensive financial models for projects, including cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis - Liaise with bankers, investment bankers, solicitors, and rating agencies to facilitate rating exercises and improve ratings - Implement initiatives to build a performance-driven culture and identify training needs for higher productivity Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: CA or Engineering Graduate + MBA from a reputed B School - Experience: 15+ years in real estate, NBFC, or construction industry (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
