You will be responsible for Strategic Financial Planning, fund analysis, and control to ensure optimal business planning and growth. This includes fund-raising, due diligence, risk-management, treasury management, and credit rating management. In the operational aspect, you will be involved in cash flow planning for the financial year for existing and upcoming projects, fund raising from various financial institutions, banks, and lease finance companies at an optimal cost. You will also oversee commercial aspects in JDA deals, feasibility of new projects, and other commercial contracts. Ensuring compliance, risk management, RERA, escrow operations, legal/secretarial, and supervision of accounting and taxation activities of business/projects will be part of your responsibilities. In the financial domain, you will plan and lead budget preparation for yourself and other departments, monitor and ensure compliance with the budget, and present regular dashboards. You will be involved in the financial/books of accounts closure of the project and prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis. Liaising with bankers, investment bankers, solicitors, rating agencies, and providing them with requisite information to complete the rating exercise on time will also be crucial. Regarding people management, you will be responsible for creating a performance-driven culture, identifying training needs for higher productivity, and executing capability building initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include CA/MBA finance or related qualification with a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.,
