Job Description

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create hiring forecasts.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure capability enhancement within the TA team.
  • Allocate workloads and monitor productivity across recruiters.

3. End-to-End Hiring Management

  • Oversee sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions across all levels, including leadership hiring.
  • Implement structured interview processes and assessment methods.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business heads, HRBPs, and leadership teams to align recruitment outcomes with business needs.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and analytics to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor partners, RPOs, recruitment agencies, and job portals.

5. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to improve visibility and attract high-quality talent.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, HR forums, and industry events.
  • Build talent communities and maintain warm talent pools for future roles.

6. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
  • Analyze metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing channel performance.
  • Use data insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

7. Process Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and audit standards.
  • Standardize job descriptions, interview structures, and documentation processes.
  • Implement best practices and modern recruitment tools (ATS, HR analytics, assessments).

8. Candidate Experience

  • Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Reduce offer dropouts through effective engagement and communication.
