Required sales & Marketing Head at manufacturing cattle feed industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for cattle feed products
Lead and manage national/regional sales teams
Build and expand dealer/distributor network
Drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Plan and implement marketing campaigns and farmer outreach programs
Support product development based on market feedback
Conduct farmer meetings, agri expos, and promotional events
Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Train, mentor, and manage sales & marketing personnel
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong rural market understanding and field sales experience
Expertise in cattle feed or animal nutrition industry
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively
Regional language proficiency
Experience: 10+ years (Cattle Feed/Animal Nutrition/Agri sector)
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / B.Sc. Agri / Animal Husbandry preferred
